Italy lost the first soccer game of the Euro2008 and it was literaly humiliated by the Dutch team. The final result was Netherlands 3 - Italy 0. If you watched the game, if you've just heard about this disaster, please give your comments, share with us your ideas, just let us know your opinion. As Italians, we missed the first important chance of the Euro2008.

I was watching the game online. I hate that Italy lost. The lucky streak against the Netherlands was broken, but I'm still hopeful they will come out on top. FORZA AZZURRI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The game was a good overall game, having watched the entire game. The first goal was questionable but the Italian player did go off the field himself and prevented the offsides. The second goal was amazing for the Dutch and one of the best I have seen so far in Euro 2008. Italy had many chances but they should be able to get out of group play. If all goes well I will actually attend a game while I am in either Germany or Switzerland
I watched the game online. I am sad for Italy. I don't understand why they don't have luck on every Euro. But they still have chance, since the other two teams are tie. I hope they are doing well in the next games.
I briefly watched the game. Most of my family is Italian so I am born to only like the Italian teams. My family was yelling obscenities when Italy lost. Italy losing wasn't a good scene. Put it that way.
It was terrible, but I won't say too much due to Greece's loss to Sweden; also terrible. Italy will be fine though, just one game..
I also think that the coach made some bad decisions when it came to the starting 11, as soon as Grosso and Del Piero were subbed in, you could tell that the attack was much stronger and they each missed a number of opportunities. From a defensive point of view, the absence of Cannavaro was greatly felt : (. Friday's game will be the deciding factor, hopefully they can pull out a great win.
